Rich Dickinson

42 year old Richard started training in his mid 20’s weighing in at a mere 9 stone with the sole aim of looking better in a t shirt.

Inspired by legendary bodybuilders Flex Lewis & Bob Parris

Serious progression was made and Richard made the decision to compete back in 2008 growing in stature yearly winning many classic bodybuilding titles including

UKBFF North East x 2
UKBFF British champion 2013 Currently holding titles in classic class of IBFA Mr Bolton, Mr Midlands and Mr Doncaster as well as NABBA Mr North East then placing 4th at NABBA Britain 2019, 2nd at IBFA Britain and 2nd at the IBFA worlds back in 2017
This season Rich became IBFA Tall Athletic British Champion at the British Finals in Gateshead in a huge class of quality athletes, going on to take a 3rd in the overall showing his dominance in his category.

Now looking to step out of Tall Athletic into the open classes we just know Rich will continue to progress and be an immediate contender in his steps up the bodybuilding ladder.
