Hello, I’m Stacey. I’m the proud mother of two older children and happily married to the man of my dreams. Additionally, I have the joy of being a grandmother to two granddaughters, with another one on the way.

My journey towards better health began around the age of 25, when I had a moment of clarity about my physical well-being. I distinctly recall the casual act of reaching for a larger clothing hanger without much thought.

However, one day, as I gazed into the mirror, I had a stark retaliation that I was no longer comfortable with my appearance in the clothes I was trying on. That moment spurred me to commit to change which led me to helping others to do that same.
